About the Authors

Dr. Frank Lipman is a top pioneer in the US in the field of integrative medicine, offering patients a customized blend of Western medicine with acupuncture, nutritional counseling, vitamins and herbs, relaxation techniques, physical therapy, and bodywork. In 1992, he founded New York City’s Eleven Eleven Wellness Center, which quickly gained a loyal following and in 2010, he developed Be Well by Dr. Frank Lipman (BeWellByDrFrankLipman.com), a line of health programs and supplements. Danielle Claro is a writer, an editor, a longtime yogi, and a former professional dancer. She has ghostwritten New York Times bestsellers, launched the indie lifestyle magazine Breathe, served as the special projects director at Conde Nast’s Domino magazine, and served as the deputy editor of Real Simple. Before her publishing career, she was a professional dancer. She lives with her family in the Lower Hudson Valley.
