In 2010 world-renowned innovation expert Clayton M. Christensen gave a powerful speech to the Harvard Business School’s graduating class. Drawing upon his business research, he offered a series of guidelines for finding meaning and happiness in life. About the Author
The authors of the book are Clayton M. Christensen, James Allworth and Karen Dillon. Clayton is a professor of business administration at the Harvard Business School. It was his speech to the outgoing students that inspired this book. James is a director at Medallia and a writer at Harvard Business Review. Karen was the editor of Harvard Business Review. She has been an editor of Inc Magazine and an American law magazine. Clayton’s other famous books are The Innovator’s Dilemma, Seeing What’s Next and Disrupting Class.
