“I read this book just after it first came out. Having re-read it several times now, referring to it whenever my life situations were difficult, I can say it is of extraordinary value. It has helped me become more Present and Conscious to this moment, and virtually all of my previous difficulties have faded into nothingness. Challenges do occur, of course, but the way I see them and approach them is vastly different to my former state. “ –Jaime Tanna

The 48 Laws Of Power

WINNER OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS BOOK AWARD 2019
“Greene’s specialty is analyzing the lives and philosophies of historical figures like Sun Tzu and Napoleon, and extracting from them tips on how to manipulate people and situations–a cutthroat worldview that has earned him a devoted following among a like-minded readership of rappers, drug dealers and corporate executives.” —The New York Times
“The Laws of Human Nature provides some first-rate comprehensive and in-depth information about how to deal with our fellow human beings effectively. Greene’s intense curiosity about the inner workings of humanity is contagious, as he invites us to join him as fellow sleuths on his investigation of why people, including ourselves, do what we do. He rightly (and frequently) reminds us that in order to understand others, we must first and foremost understand what makes ourselves tick.” — New York Journal of Books
“Machiavelli has a new rival. And Sun Tzu had better watch his back. Greene . . . has put together a checklist of ambitious behavior. Just reading the table of contents is enough to stir a little corner-office lust.”—New York magazine
“The writing is engaging and the ideas are fascinating… we could all use the insights Greene provides…. a hopeful book that advocates freedom and creativity.” — Quartz

If you have a lean purse and are looking for financial wisdom, you’ve picked the perfect book!
“A PART OF ALL YOU EARN IS YOURS TO KEEP.”“Nobody gets rich without working and we know that we should work hard. But what does hard work mean? This book answers it well.” –Madeline Friedman
“This book was absolutely fantastic! It really opened my eyes to finances and has changed the way I view them. One of the biggest things this book teaches is that no matter what size your income is, 10% of it is yours to keep. Another is that debt is an enemy to conquer, not a necessary evil. ” –Tamsyn
“The central aim of the story is to save 10% of your saving for investments. Do not invest without prior knowledge, seek advice from those who are in those fields. This book does not just show the way to clear all your debts, but also how you manage your finances, so you don’t need any further loans.” –Aakanksha Jain

- JP MORGAN’S BEST SUMMER READ OF 2016
- New York Times bestseller
- Goodreads Choice Award Nominee for Nonfiction (2016)
In this instant New York Times bestseller, Angela Duckworth shows anyone striving to succeed that the secret to outstanding achievement is not talent, but a special blend of passion and persistence she calls “grit.” “Inspiration for non-geniuses everywhere” (People).
“Grit delves into the personal ingredients of great success. It’s worth reading…the gist is that talent and skill are less valuable than effort.” —Andrew Ross Sorkin, The New York Times
“It really isn’t talent but practice—along with passion—that makes perfect, explains psychologist Duckworth in this illuminating book. Inspiration for non-geniuses everywhere.” —People
“[Have] no doubt: Grit is great. It’s a lucid, informative, and entertaining review of the research Angela has assiduously conducted over the past decade or so. The book also includes suggestions on how to develop grit, and how we can help support grit in others. There are few people who wouldn’t learn something from this book.” —Scientific American (blog)
“Duckworth is the researcher most associated with the study and popularization of grit. And yet what I like about her new book, Grit, is the way she is pulling away from the narrow, joyless intonations of that word, and pointing us beyond the way many schools are now teaching it…Most important, she notes that the quality of our longing matters. Gritty people are resilient and hard working, sure. But they also, she writes, know in a very, very deep way what it is they want.” —David Brooks, New York Times
“Offers invaluable lessons to business leaders, parents, recruiters, and almost anyone who wishes to have a roadmap to achieve greater levels of success.” —Forbes
