About the Author
Dr. Sandeep K. Krishnan is an Associate Director at the leading HR and Leadership consultancy firm, People Business (www.peoplebusiness.org).
He is also an adjunct faculty in the organizational behavior and human resource management area at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. He is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
Sandeep is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)from HRCI and has a certification in Executive Coaching from Cambridge University.
Sandeep has worked with reputed firms like Ernst and Young, IBM, and Infosys. He has led many transformational projects in the HR space as a practitioner and consultant. His research interests are in the areas of employee attrition and engagement, employer branding, strategic human resource management, high-performance organizations, careers, and leadership development.
